Are you a Health & Safety Manager looking for a diverse and challenging new role, with plenty of responsibilities, recognition, and to be driving change and heavily influencing the future success of one of the most recognisable companies in the country?
In this role you will be split between office and site based, ensuring SHEQ compliance end driving continuous improvement. You will have 1 direct report, then train and coach other teams to high SHEQ standards, as the leading figure within the business.
For over 100 years this company have provided a range of premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. Boasting over a thousand employees across numerous sites, this role will play a pivotal part in their success.
This role would suit somebody from a Health & Safety background looking for a diverse and challenging role within a large, profitable company.
The Role:
- Ensuring Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance
- Managing ISO 45001/14001/9001 standards
- Split between office and shop floor, travel to other sites across the UK
- Coaching and training internal teams, with one H&S Officer as a direct report
The Person:
- Health & Safety Manager or similar
- Manufacturing / Industrial background
