About the Company
The business is a long established FMCG business, with sites across the UK and Europe. They have recently undergone a significant period of investment and are looking to expand their team. This role is based in Cumbria.
Shift Technician – The Details
- Salary up to £50,000
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Shift Technician – Requirements
- Experience working within FMCG is essential
- Experience within production in a team leader capacity is advantageous.
- Some degree of engineering knowledge is advantageous.
Shift Technician – Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operation of production facilities
- Liaise with the engineering team to ensure all breakdowns are attended to in a timely manner.
- Support delivery of KPIs.
- Deputise for the production manager as required.
