Showroom Consultant – Ayr (KA8 8BQ) – Plumb Centre

As a Showroom Consultant based in Ayr, you’ll be responsible for:

Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements

Showroom designs using CAD

Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach delivering outstanding service

Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom

Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 08.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 8:00am – 12:00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service

Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs

Willingness to learn and grow within the role
