You will leverage your expertise to provide bespoke solutions and drive sales performance to new heights, ensuring our showroom is seen by the trade as a vital extension of their own business. By mastering our leading product range, you will not only meet customer needs but also exceed targets that directly impact your bonus potential. The Carlisle showroom comes with fantastic support from the Branch Manager, who transitioned from the Showroom himself, a great person to mentor you coming into this role and set you up for success!

Key Responsibilities:

You will be driving growth, by Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, hitting KPIs and achieving sales margins. You will own the customer journey, by proactively approaching every visitor,  manage inquiries from initial home visits to final design, and follow up on quotations with urgency. You will deliver a 3D design service (using CAD) to help homeowners and trade customers visualise their dream bathrooms. You will build strong bridges between trade and retail channels, turning local trade contacts into long-term showroom advocates. You will maintain operational excellence by maintaining a safe, organised, and professional showroom environment, ensuring every sales contract is accurate and compliant with safety standards.

You: You will be a results-driven sales professional with a natural ability to build rapport and close deals. You are likely a high-achiever in your current position, known for your tenacity and your ability to turn a "maybe" into a "yes." Whether you are currently working as a Showroom Consultant, Sales Executive, Bathroom Designer, Trade Counter Supervisor, or Senior Sales Advisor, you are now looking for that next step into a management-level role where your individual performance directly impacts the success of the showroom. You don’t just wait for customers to come to you; you are a "hunter" who enjoys networking with local tradespeople and proactively managing a pipeline of leads to ensure you consistently hit your bonus targets. Skills and competencies:

You will be sales savvy, by having a proactive approach to sales with a proven ability to win and grow new business. You will have the resilience and the confidence to handle sales objections and the drive to thrive in a target-driven environment. You will have experience in relationship management and developing a true partnership approach with clients. You will be analytical, with the ability to interpret basic financial and statistical information to make informed business decisions. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of bathroom products or CAD design skills (though we provide great training!). A valid UK Clean Driving Licence and access to a car is essential for this role.
