We're looking for a Site Agent to join our Southern Water team based in the South East.

Location: South East – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join us as a Site Agent and play a vital role in delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects for Southern Water. You'll be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Kier's £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework, working on projects that improve water safety, quality, and resilience for millions of households across the South East.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the Southern Water team, supporting them in delivering high-quality water and wastewater projects. Your day-to-day will include:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Managing site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, whilst monitoring monthly costs
• Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Agent is great for you if:

• You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry
• You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• You have strong leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
• You possess in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
• You hold a Full driving licence and are willing to travel to various construction sites
