We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Site Facilities Manager role 

Salary: £36,000-£40,000 
Location: Bedford 
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: 37 hours per week  

Responsibilities of theSite Facilities Manager

  •  Oversee day-to-day operations of the site ensuring cleanliness and safety
  •  Opening and closing duties
  •  Manage and supervise a team providing guidance, support and performance reviews
  •  Conduct regular inspections
  •  Manage and oversee a variety of maintenance contracts
  •  Vehicle management
  •  Manage operational systems
  •  Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  •  Act as the main point of contact for any facility-related issues 

Requirements for a successful Site Facilities Manager

  •  Previous experience in facilities management, site supervision, or a related field
  •  Be confident in use of IT and management systems
  •  Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
  •  Experience with new operating systems and facility management software
  •  Excellent leadership skills
  •  Strong communication and organisational skills
  •  Strong understanding of COSHH and water hygiene
