Description
- Oversee all site operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across the site.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to optimise processes.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet operational goals.
- Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure minimal downtime.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance levels.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Site Manager should have:
- A strong background in engineering or manufacturing management.
- Proven experience working at Operations Manager/Site Leader level.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing sector.
- Exposure and working knowledge of the electronics/chemical sectors would be beneficial.
- Low volume/High Value manufacturing experience.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Proficiency in analysing operational performance data.
