Your new role:
As the Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for a 6-week external works package starting 20th July. Works include drainage, kerbing, ducting, concrete bases, and general groundworks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily site operations and subcontractors
- Overseeing H&S compliance and site documentation
- Coordinating materials, plant, and programme
- Liaising with the client, engineers, and visiting management
- Maintaining quality and ensuring works progress to schedule
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong background in groundworks management
- Experience running external civils packages independently
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Ability to drive productivity and maintain safe working practices
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
