Contract: Temporary (Medical Leave Cover – potential extension)
Dates: Monday 6th July – Friday 10th July
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Rate: £290 per day
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a live hotel refurbishment in Hayes. This is a short-term cover role with the possibility of extension, ideal for someone who can step in confidently and maintain high standards from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards across the site
- Identify and report potential risks or issues promptly
- Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and compliant
- Review and manage RAMS documentation
- Oversee and coordinate the labour team
- Complete accurate daily reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager
- Strong understanding of H&S regulations and RAMS
- Ability to lead teams and maintain site discipline
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
