About the Company
We're recruiting on behalf of a respected environmental services organisation that's continuing to grow across the UK.
They're now looking for a Site Supervisor to lead operational teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.

The Site Supervisor Role
You'll lead teams across a range of planned and reactive works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.
You'll oversee Health & Safety compliance, manage site documentation, liaise with customers, coordinate resources and support operational planning while maintaining excellent service delivery.
Site Supervisor – Essential Skills

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

Strong understanding of Health & Safety and RAMS
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
Experience coordinating operational teams
-
Full UK Driving Licence
-
Flexible approach to travel, overtime and working away
Desirable:

IOSH

SSSTS

Spill response experience

HGV Class 2
-
Previous environmental services experience
