Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and products accurately according to technical specifications and drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks efficiently
- Inspect components during assembly to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organised workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Report any defects or issues encountered during assembly to supervisors promptly
Requirements
- Prior experience in assembly, aerospace, or related fields is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks
- Previous experience with assembly processes is desirable but not essential
