SMB Account Director
Camberley (Hybrid) | £50–70k + OTE £70k | Permanent
Looking to step into a role where you can win new business, grow accounts, and make a real commercial impact?
We’re hiring an SMB Account Director to take ownership of the 50–500 user market—driving new logo wins and expanding existing clients across a full portfolio of IT and managed services.
The role
- Win and grow accounts in the SMB/mid-market space
- Own a £250k+ AGP target in year one
- Cross-sell solutions across cloud, cyber, connectivity, mobile & managed services
- Lead client conversations, negotiations & QBRs
- Build strong pipelines and manage forecasting via CRM
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to drive results

- Strong new business and account development skills
