Social Value Officer

The Social Value Team is a busy and dynamic team who regularly travel nationally to support a range of initiatives that not only develop and aid mobilisation of new services but also add value to our services and local communities.

As a Social Value Officer, you will work with the Senior Service Development Officer to support with the development and delivery of social value initiatives across the organisation. This includes working with local schools and colleges, developing initiatives to recruit individuals who have been long-term unemployed and organising community projects such as foodbank donations and litter-picks.

The role also involves supporting the mobilisation and development of new services, delivering workshops, promoting access to community activities and mainstream services for the people we support, and raising Creative Support’s profile regionally through events, newsletters and celebrations.

We are seeking an organised and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and administration skills, along with a strong ability to manage workloads efficiently. You will be skilled at building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, really listening to how we can make a difference.
