We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Wills & Probate Solicitor to join our well-established and growing private client department based near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing practical, compassionate advice on a broad range of private client matters. You'll become part of a supportive team with a strong local reputation and genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning
- Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
- Providing exceptional client care throughout every stage of the process
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Has at least 2 years' PQE in Private Client/Wills & Probate (applications from more experienced candidates are welcomed).
- Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Has excellent communication and client care skills.
- Is organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Enjoys networking and helping to develop the department.
