Working closely with an experienced Head Chef, you'll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards while helping to shape and develop the menu. Key Responsibilities
As Sous Chef, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen while ensuring exceptional food quality throughout service.
- Assist the Head Chef with the overall management of the kitchen
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding rosette-level expectations
- Train, mentor and develop junior kitchen team members
- Ensure consistency across all sections during service
- Help drive creativity and innovation within the menu offering
What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a strong culinary environment
- Experience working to rosette standards is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for fresh food and attention to detail
