We're Hiring: Special Needs Teacher (QTS) Harrow September Start (or sooner) Long-Term Supply
Are you an experienced SEN Teacher passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs?
We're looking for QTS-qualified teachers with previous SEND school experience to join a specialist setting supporting pupils with PMLD, low-functioning autism, complex learning needs, wheelchair users, hoisting, tube feeding and personal care.
The Role: Small classes (6-8 pupils), grouped by ability EYFS-based personalised curriculum Excellent staffing ratio (1 LSA : 2 pupils) Strong focus on communication and life skills Existing lesson plans provided Paid trial day across different classes
We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and resilient Skilled at adapting learning Confident working alongside therapists and LSAs Experienced supporting pupils with profound and complex needs
