? The Role
You’ll be working within specialist SEN schools and provisions supporting pupils across KS1–KS2 with needs such as:
- Autism (ASC)
- Moderate to complex learning difficulties
- Speech, language & communication needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering adapted, engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
- Supporting individual learning plans and EHCP targets
- Creating a structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists & SEN teams
- Using tailored strategies to support communication, learning, and development
What You’ll Bring
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Strong teaching experience
- Experience in SEN, SEND, or inclusive settings (or a genuine passion to transition)
- Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
