? The Role

You’ll be working within specialist SEN schools and provisions supporting pupils across KS1–KS2 with needs such as:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • Moderate to complex learning difficulties
  • Speech, language & communication needs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering adapted, engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
  • Supporting individual learning plans and EHCP targets
  • Creating a structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists & SEN teams
  • Using tailored strategies to support communication, learning, and development

What You’ll Bring

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Strong teaching experience
  • Experience in SEN, SEND, or inclusive settings (or a genuine passion to transition)
  • Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning
  • A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
