We are building an elite, rapid-response specialist support team to step into high-stakes, crisis situations. If you are an experienced Support Worker or Senior Support Worker who thrives under pressure, excels at de-escalation, and refuses to give up on vulnerable individuals during difficult transitional periods, we want you.
What You'll Do
This is fast-paced, high-reward emergency response work. You will:

Create Safe Havens: Deploy to various locations to stabilize crisis situations and establish safe environments.

Drive Positive Change: Engage individuals in daily activities, structure, appointments, and family contact.

Manage Heightened Behaviours: Use your advanced de-escalation expertise to handle challenging situations safely and confidently.

Shape the Future: Keep meticulous daily records to help build long-term care plans.

What You Bring

A valid Driver's Licence & business insurance (ready to travel to multiple locations).

Proven experience handling crisis support, complex behaviors, and emergency decision-making.

An active PVG membership and regulatory body registration.

PMVA training (or the absolute willingness to undergo it immediately).
