As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality packaging solutions for some of the world's leading brands while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in a variety of activities, including:
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Producing high-quality products to customer specifications
- Carrying out quality checks and recording results accurately
- Helping to minimise waste and improve performance
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Supporting your team to achieve production targets
- Learning and developing skills across different areas of the operation
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who:
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Work well as part of a team
- Have a strong focus on safety and quality
- Are reliable, flexible and willing to learn new skills
- Have a good standard of education, including literacy and numeracy skills, enabling them to follow work instructions, complete production records accurately, and work to quality standards
- Have experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or operational environments
