Randstad C&P are working with a leading FM client to onboard a Temporary Static Electrician in Durham/
The Package:
- Pay rate between of £24ph – £26ph (CIS or PAYE)
- Temporary and full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
Duties:
- Planned, preventative maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems (e.g., distribution boards, lighting, machinery, and equipment).
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting of electrical issues that may arise across the site.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards (18th Edition, etc.).
- Responding to and addressing any electrical faults or breakdowns promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the site's operations.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on equipment to avoid future issues.
- Maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a recognised electrician qualification (NVQ Level 3)
- Successful completion an electrician apprenticeship or have equivalent experience working as an electrician.
- City and Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Hold a current DBS (from 2024 or after) or the ability to pass one.
