Position: Stock Control Operative Location: Chesterfield Hours: 4 on 4 off Nights, 18:00-06:00 Position: Temp to Perm Pay Rate: £15.88 per hour

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Stock Control Operative to join a leading logistics and distribution business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term work and genuine opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out scheduled stock counts accurately and within required timescales * Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving inventory issues * Recording count results and maintaining accurate system records * Checking product locations, labels and bin accuracy * Supporting stock investigations and stock reconciliation activities * Confirming inbound stock reconciliations and manifest accuracy * Liaising with internal departments regarding stock queries * Clearing stock-related issues and exceptions within the warehouse * Working closely with operational teams to maintain stock accuracy * Following site procedures and stock control processes at all times
Requirements:
* Previous Stock Control, Inventory Control or Warehouse experience is essential * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good IT and PC skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable and committed approach to work * HLOP experience would be advantageous but is not essential
