Location: Chesterfield
Hours: 4 on 4 off Nights, 18:00-06:00
Position: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £14.88 per hour

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with stock counting experience looking for your next opportunity?

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for Stock Counters to join a leading logistics and distribution business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company offering long-term work and genuine opportunities for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks throughout the warehouse
  • Completing cycle counts and bin counts in line with site procedures
  • Verifying stock locations, labels and stock condition
  • Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies, missing stock and damaged products
  • Recording count results accurately within warehouse systems
  • Supporting stock audits and inventory investigations
  • Escalating stock variances and warehouse issues where required
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Working closely with stock control and operational teams to resolve stock issues
  • Ensuring warehouse locations remain organised and compliant with company standards

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse or stock counting experience is desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and committed approach to work
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced warehouse environment
