About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the store. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable, uplifting experience. You will combine strong commercial awareness with a people-first approach, creating a space where customers and colleagues feel valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with a strong service ethos.

- Drive store performance through effective KPI management.
- Maintain exceptional visual standards and a beautifully presented store environment.
- Oversee daily operations including stock management, scheduling, and compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Champion wellbeing, positivity, and a supportive team culture
About You
- Experienced Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager within beauty, lifestyle, home, or premium retail.
- Enthusiastic about customer experience & storytelling.
- A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and empowers others.
- Commercially astute with a record of achieving targets.
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing all aspects of store operations.
- Warm, engaging, and able to build rapport.
- Passionate about wellbeing, self-care, and creating a calming retail environment.
