Strategic Account Executive
Location: London / Sheffield (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Excellent OTE
Our client, an international provider of digital solutions for schools and teachers, is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to own and grow relationships with their most important customers — retaining, upselling and cross-selling across a multi-product software portfolio while negotiating bespoke deals at C-level.
What you'll be doing:
- Building a network of new strategic accounts and growing revenue within existing ones
- Managing complex commercial relationships across all levels, from influencers to decision-makers
- Building account plans, bespoke proposals, and negotiating profitable deals
- Owning your pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Acting as a go-to product expert, running high-level demos and presentations
- Travelling as needed, using virtual engagement where it makes sense
What you'll bring:
- Strong B2B sales track record, ideally software, with a history of beating revenue targets
- Proven expertise selling a multi-product portfolio or product ecosystem, not just a single solution
- Proven success managing and growing high-value accounts
- Experience selling at C-level within a matrix structure
- Sharp business acumen and confident deal negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills — you can run a room and a demo
