Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes to support business needs.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organisational goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support operational activities.
- Assist in supplier risk management and mitigation strategies.
Profile
A successful Buyer should have:
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with relevant procurement software and tools.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving
