Position: Structural Project Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, plus pension, generous leave and benefits
First class training and project experience, plus generous employment terms are on offer with this highly regarded structural engineering consultancy. Their focus is on complex building structures projects, many of which are in London encompassing the arts, residential, hotel and commercial schemes. Much of this work has the added challenge of developing and re-purposing, high value listed buildings. Projects often include the addition of new floors and basement levels in city centre environments. They are known for innovative, elegant structural design and their projects regularly attract industry attention and accolades.
You will be joining one of their busy six strong project teams, headed up by an associate. The experience gained will be comprehensive, you will be included in the whole design process whilst receiving mentorship from your line manager. This is a stimulating and supportive environment which will enable you to flourish as an engineer. Employee pass rates for IStructE part three exams and ICE professional reviews are exceptionally high.
Profile Required: Their engineers share a keen interest in architecture and engineering, all have a strong academic background. You should have a 2:1 or above in civil or structural engineering, in addition, you will need upwards of four years’ structural design experience. Good team working and interpersonal skills are essential, the firm has assembled a highly talented and cosmopolitan group of engineers.
