The Opportunity
- Join a leading global financial services firm as part of the expansion of its FX & Interest Rates business.
- Report directly to the Head of Trading.
- Become a key hire in building the firm's global rates platform.
- High level of ownership with the opportunity to shape products, strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and trade corporate interest rate hedging solutions.
- Work across swaps, caps, floors and vanilla rates products.
- Develop and manage structured rates products, including:
- CMS-linked structures
- Range accruals
- Steepeners
- Other bespoke rates solutions
- Partner closely with sales and clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years' experience in Structured Rates Trading or Structuring.
- Strong knowledge of interest rate derivatives and structured products.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Rates experience is essential; exposure to FX is beneficial but not required.
