Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, based in Sittingbourne. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career within supply chain and logistics. As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers while developing key operational skills within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
- Assisting with order processing, supplier communication, and delivery tracking
- Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and purchase orders
- Supporting inventory control and reporting discrepancies
- Liaising with internal departments including warehouse and customer service teams
- Updating internal systems with shipment and supplier information
- Helping to identify improvements within supply chain processes
About You:
- Ideally some administrative or supply chain/logistics experience (not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Salary & Working Pattern: £25,000 – £27,500 per annum
Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:30am – 5:00pm)
