Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you currently working in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Buying, Inventory Management, Stock Control, Logistics, Customer Supply, Operations or Planning and looking for the next step in your career?
We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing FMCG business, supporting some of the UK's leading retailers and international supply partners.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop broad end-to-end supply chain experience. Rather than being focused on a single area, you'll gain exposure across Purchasing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Logistics and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), helping you build the skills needed for future progression within Supply Chain.
You'll work closely with teams across Commercial, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Logistics and Supply Chain, while also communicating with retail customers and overseas factories. Full training will be provided, including exposure to factory forecasting, container planning, stock management and wider supply chain operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Supply Chain and S&OP function
- Working closely with Commercial, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Procurement and Logistics teams
- Attending S&OP meetings and supporting reporting, analysis and planning activities
- Raising and managing purchase orders (POs)
- Supporting supplier management activities and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Liaising with suppliers, retail customers and overseas factories
- Ensuring products are accurately set up and maintained within SAP and internal ERP systems
- Supporting forecasting, demand planning and supply planning activities
- Supporting inventory management, stock control and stock optimisation
- Monitoring supplier deliveries and maintaining accurate system information
- Analysing stock positions and supporting supply chain improvements
- Supporting internal and external stakeholder communication across the retail supply chain
- Supporting data analysis, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful, you'll have:
- Experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, Buying, Inventory Management, Stock Control, Logistics, Customer Supply or Operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems would be advantageous
