Your new role In this position you will lead Supply Chain Planning and Control, and Logistics performance via 3PL partners across UK and Europe. The role will guide strategy as part of the SLT, and design / deliver the process improvements that will meet business objectives (including high levels of service, optimised cost to serve, inventory performance etc).
What you'll need to succeed You will be proven in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate collaborative and cross-functional influencing (eg with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Ops), improving S&OP maturity, and optimising relevant supply chain metrics. You will enjoy supporting and developing your team, and ideally have experience bringing goods and/or materials in from the Far East, for supply across the European or EMEA region. Experience of advanced ERP systems (eg SAP, D365, Oracle etc) is a significant advantage, especially if it includes implementations / upgrades.
What you'll get in return Attractive remuneration £110-130k salary as a guide, plus car allowance, pension, bonus and other benefits. Hybrid working, but must be able to work from the office in Hampshire for the majority of the time. Some European travel.
