What will you do as aSupply Chain Manager
- Translate demand forecasts into production plans
- Optimise stock levels and product availability across 20 SKUs
- Source ingredients nationally and internationally, negotiating pricing
- Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners
- Ensure production runs are executed efficiently and to plan
- Quality and compliance managing 3rd party testing
What will you need to be aSupply Chain Manager
- Experience working in Wellness / Beauty or FMCG
- Previous experience within a founder small business
- Happy to travel to Brighton once a month
- Must have experience of sourcing raw materials
- Solid Global logistics and freight knowledge
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
