Role Overview:

As the Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising supply chain processes within the organisation. Your expertise will ensure that operations run smoothly, from procurement to delivery, enabling us to meet commitments to clients and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives and enhance operational performance.

  • Oversee inventory management, optimising stock levels to meet demand while minimising costs.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining a focus on safety and sustainability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the energy sector or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory management principles.
  • Proven experience managing supplier performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management or a related discipline.
