Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited
Your new company
Hays Education are working with a range of well-established, community-focused primary schools across Coventry. These are schools we have built strong relationships with, known for their positive environments, supportive staff teams and effective senior leadership.
They place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and creating a collaborative working culture, where teachers feel supported in their roles. Many of the schools also benefit from smaller class sizes, enabling a more personalised approach to teaching and learning, and allowing staff to build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils.
