What the role looks like
No two days are the same.
You'll be:

Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged

Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency

Adapting quickly to different schools and year groups
We're looking for people who

Have experience working with children (schools, clubs, coaching, youth work or similar)

Are confident leading a group and keeping learning on track

Can think on their feet and adapt to new environments

Bring a positive, calm presence to the classroom
Qualified teachers are absolutely welcome, but you don't need QTS to apply.
