We are looking for a caring, resilient and dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join a supportive residential childcare team in South East London.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children and young people in a residential setting
- Safeguarding and promoting welfare at all times
- Acting as a key worker and building positive relationships
- Supporting education, independence and life skills
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Working closely with families and professionals
- Participating in activities, outings and daily routines
About You
- Experience working with children and young people
- Passion for making a positive difference
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of safeguarding principles
- Full UK driving licence desirable
