RELOcruitment
A growing office and commercial relocation specialist is looking for a Surveyor to take ownership of their Central London client base. Your diary is already full — every appointment is set for you. You simply follow it, survey the move, quote it, and close it.
This is a surveying-led role with room to develop new business if that interests you, but the core of the job is straightforward: get in front of clients, understand the move, deliver an accurate and compelling quote, and win the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting on-site surveys at client premises across Central London
- Assessing relocation requirements and preparing accurate, tailored quotations
- Following up post-survey to close sales and answer client questions
- Building relationships that bring repeat and referral business
- Hitting monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
We'll consider commercial or domestic surveying experience from within the moving / removals industry — what matters most is that you know how to survey a move properly and can close with confidence. Strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage your own diary independently are essential.
Why This Role
This is a genuinely home-based role — you're out surveying London or working from home, with just the occasional trip into the Sunbury-on-Thames office to catch up face to face. The business is growing, appointments are pre-booked for you, and there's real scope for an ambitious surveyor to build something here.
- Competitive salary + commission
- Company laptop & mobile
- Workplace pension
- Flexible, home-based working
- Free/subsidised travel & on-site parking at HQ
