Description
Joining a small, collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you'll take ownership of recruitment across corporate and head office functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.
With approximately 10 live vacancies at any one time, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process while playing a key role in supporting wider talent initiatives and business projects.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, building strong stakeholder relationships and balancing strategic recruitment activity with hands-on coordination and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across head office functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insight
- Source, screen and assess candidates
- Coordinate interviews and stakeholder feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting
- Raise purchase orders and support agency management processes
- Prepare contracts, terms and conditions, and onboarding documentation
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support recruitment process improvements and talent projects
Profile
- Previous experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner or Recruiter position
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in fast-paced commercial environments
Job Offer
£40,000 base salary
10% completion bonus
Initial 6-month FTC with potential for a longer-term opportunity
Hybrid working (3 days per week in a Central London office)
