The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing talent for our clients. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, and working collaboratively with the Account Directors, your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research to gain a thorough understanding of your allocated clients’ business, culture and career opportunities
- Sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing tools and techniques
- Assessing candidate’s suitability and interest in the opportunities
- Attending client meetings as required
- Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
- Liaising with Account Directors to shortlist candidates and present to the client
- Managing and arranging interviews and assessments and providing feedback throughout the campaign
- Managing subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion to your recruitment campaigns
Your Profile:
- Experience gained within recruitment or a customer-facing role
- An analytical approach to problem solving combined with an inquisitive mind
- Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
- Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Tenacious, ambitious, and resilient
