Guidant Global | Hybrid | Midlands Area with regular travel to visit client locations
We're looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team supporting one of our largest client programmes.
What you'll be doing
As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you'll act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.
- Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities
- Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey
- Regular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performance
- Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved
- Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Who we're looking for
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence building relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders
- A willingness to travel and meet clients face-to-face in various locations
- Experience in agency or internal recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing services sector account management would be particularly valuable.
