Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an experienced Geography teacher to join the Humanities department at our excellent client school based in Salford.
- Full-time teaching role from September 2026
- Paid in line with the Teacher Pay Scale (M1-UPS3)
- Full planning and marking responsibilities
The head of humanities is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Geography teacher with a track record of excellent classroom practice. You will take on a full timetable teaching KS3 and KS4 classes and so it is essential that you are able to teach across varying abilities.
You will plan and deliver enriching lessons covering the geography curriculum that engages learners. You will also assess student progress against set targets and set new learning goals which motivate learners.
Teacher requirements:
- Hold QTS and a PGCE specialising in Geography
- Experience teaching Geography to students aged 11-16
- ECT’s encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
