- Delivering engaging and differentiated science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Supporting students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
- Planning and delivering practical experiments in line with safety procedures.
- Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and supporting academic achievement.
- Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and carers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and student development.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and committed approach.
Experience working with SEN / SEMH students would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
