Job Role: Teaching Assistant
Contract: Full Time 8:45am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Bromley
Start Date: ASAP – Dec 26
Pay Rates: £100 per day and increasing after Week 12
Sanza are working in partnership with an award winning Hospital School which is a provision for pupils aged 4 – 19 year who are inpatients and day patients.
Details of the role:
- It's an interesting and exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team whose purpose is to make a difference to those pupils with Mental Health needs and more in a Hospital School
- The role is working as a Secondary TA on a full-time basis from 8:45am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday working on the hospital wards
- The pay rate is initially £100 per day for the first 12 weeks and could then increase to a higher rate from Week 13.
Key Requirements:
- Previous UK experience in a secondary setting
- Confident in supporting the delivering of the KS3 curriculum – particularly Science and Maths
- Can work well in a team and show initiative
- Has experience of teaching either in a mainstream and/or special school setting
- Not required to have worked within a mental health setting previously but an openness is essential
- An upbeat personality with a positive attitude
