Key Responsibilities
- Providing classroom support across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Working with individual pupils and small groups
- Supporting literacy, numeracy, and classroom activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The Ideal Teaching Assistant We're Looking For
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
- Able to commute to St. Albans
