Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex learning needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within a welcoming primary school in Bury.
The school is seeking a committed individual who can provide personalised support and contribute to a highly inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
- Delivering tailored interventions under teacher guidance.
- Assisting with personal development, communication, and learning goals.
- Monitoring progress against EHCP outcomes.
- Working alongside external agencies and school staff.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience supporting pupils with complex SEN.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Be adaptable and responsive to individual needs.
- Have a nurturing and child-centred approach.
- Hold relevant SEN experience or qualifications.
