Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the classroom teacher with daily lesson setups and activities.

Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils to support reading, writing, and numeracy.

Creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for young learners.

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and supporting children during break times.
What We Are Looking For:

Essential: Experience working with children (e.g., schools, nurseries, youth clubs, sports coaching, or volunteering).

A patient, resilient, and encouraging personality.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
