Teaching Personnel
Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming primary school in the Cowbridge area that is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school.
This role would be ideal for someone looking to gain classroom experience, start a career within education, or continue developing their skills working with children.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
- Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Helping children remain focused and engaged during lessons
- Providing encouragement and positive reinforcement
- Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
- Supporting pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
