Teaching Assistant – Watford

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants for local Primary School within the area.
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £95
Duties:
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Working in mainstream classroom settings
- Providing 1:1 support, including support for pupils with additional needs (SEN)
- Assisting the class teacher with learning activities, behaviour management and pupil engagement
- Adapting to different school environments on a daily or short-term basis
Requirements:
- Teaching Assistants with previous school-based experience, or Individuals new to education who are enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
