SANZA Teaching Agency are delighted to support a vibrant primary school in Barking & Dagenham with a close- knit "family feel". They are seeking teaching assistants for roles within early years (early years/nursery/reception).
The role:
This rewarding opportunity involves supporting children in early years (nursery and reception). You will work on a 1:1 basis with key students who have additional needs (SEN).
About you:
- Will need to have experience working with young children, ideally as a teaching assistant within an early years (nursery/reception) or primary school setting (ideally key stage 1).
- Warm, patient, caring and able to build trusting relationships with children.
- Believe in play- based approaches to learning and development
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to support children's language, literacy, numeracy and social development.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
