The Role

• Full-time Nursery Teaching Assistant
• September start
• Monday to Friday during school hours
• Support children aged 3-4 years within the Nursery setting
• Assist with play-based learning and Early Years activities
• Promote children's communication, social and emotional development
• Support children with personal care where required
• Work closely with the Class Teacher and Early Years team to create a safe, happy and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children in a Nursery, Early Years or primary school setting
• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
