Hiring dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team at a reputable Special Needs School in Great Yarmouth
Role Overview: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.
- Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needs
- Implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.
About School: Catering for children and young people aged 5 yrs to 19 yrs who have a range of complex and significant learning needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs.
Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:
- A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
- Minimum 1 yr of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)
- Proficieny in English Language (Mandatory)
- Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided. Candidates on Skilled Worker Visa are not eligible for this position)
